Archlute (or small theorbo), anonymous, Italy ca. 1600

An archlute with a longer string length and therefore suitable for lower tunings only. It can be used as a small theorbo for those players experiencing trouble with 'standard' theorbo string lengths or for those who prefer a more portable instrument. A careful choice of string types is necessary in this case.

String lengths: 68 - 70/ 125 - 145 cm

Body size: 33.5 x 49.7 x 15 cm
